Shipping & Handling
We ship worldwide via UPS (our Preferred Carrier) and the U.S. Postal Service.
Orders received by 11:00 AM EST are generally shipped the same day. Orders received later are shipped on the next business day. Urgent or Rush Orders should call 1-800-995-4995 to ensure expedited service. Shipping times vary by carrier but generally please allow 2-5 business days for transportation. Next day and 2 Day shipping means orders that arrive by 11:00 AM should arrive either the next day or 2 business days after shipping. Dealers and members may log into their account to access our Order Tracking Page to find out whether their order has been shipped and obtain the UPS tracking number.
Shipping charges on all non-dealer orders of 5 or fewer books will be calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes on larger orders will be provided via email. If you require special handling or help with your order please call us directly at 800-995-4995.
